I am happy to give a full refund of any change of mind to my collector on original art purchase. The art, however must be returned at the buyers cost via registered post within 30 days. Any loss or damage to the artwork during this process of return is the buyers responsibility therefore I encourage you to insure it, if returning it by post.

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase an archival giclee print, you may return it within thirty days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund of the price of the product.

Please note: shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer but I do believe that PAYPAL does cover any return costs.

If the product is damaged in the process of delivery, please ensure that you contact me immediately and email me a digital photograph of the damage to the print and a photograph of the packaging. You may email me at dharshi@hausoforbs.com.au and I will take the necessary actions to get it replaced for you asap.
