Trans-state

This is a fine art pigment ink print on 100% cotton rag, 310 gsm archival paper of an original watercolour painting by Dharshi de Silva. The painting shows a tumultuous ocean which Dharshi completed under the guidance of Glen Hoyle,  a master at realistic artist and teacher at the Peninsula Art Society. The scene is reminiscent of the northern lights with all the vivid stream of colours raining down on the ocean. The energy and motion of the sea, which flows perpendicular to the energy & motion coming from the sky, gives the painting an exciting and dynamic vibrancy.
