If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of a Haus of Orbs archival ink print, you may return it within thirty days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund of the price of the product. 

Please note: shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

If the product is damaged in the process of delivery, please ensure that you contact me immediately with a digital photograph of the print and a photograph of the package & details to dharshi@hausoforbs.com.au and I will take the necessary actions to get it replaced for you asap.

If you would like to have your product shipped, please contact us to obtain a shipping quote. Please note that products with frames or originals may incur additional costs for insurance and postage.
